Marston Planning Consultancy was established by Anthony Marston in 2006. Our commercially orientated practice offers confidential advisory services to clients involved in the planning or development processes. With over 17 years of planning experience, we offer a complete and comprehensive Professional Planning Service that is personal, prompt, efficient and client focused.
Marston Planning has a broad range of planning experience having advised on a range of Residential, Commercial, Retail and Leisure Developments throughout Ireland. These have included the planned extension of the LUAS Green line from Cherrywood to Bray; the redevelopment of Guineys Store on Talbot Street, Dublin 1; and the redevelopment of the London School of English on Merrion Square to name but a few.

Prior to founding Marston Planning, Anthony was a Director of Planning in RPS (formerly McHugh Consultants) where he led a number of high profile development projects that included providing planning advice and co-ordination of the EIS as lead planning consultant in gaining permission for the extension to the AIB Bankcentre Headquarters in Ballsbridge for AIB; the Kildare Route Project for Iarnród Éireann; the Gullivers Retail Park for Cosgrave Developments; and the Curragh Racecourse redevelopment on behalf of the Irish Turf Club.
Our work includes development advice, the preparation and submission of planning applications, objections, and appeals; the preparation of draft development plan submissions; as well as presentation of expert witness evidence at oral hearings, CPO inquiries, and High Court proceedings on behalf of a wide range of private and public sector clients.
