Appointed to make observation to Cavan Town Council on behalf of RGDATA against application for large Tesco supermarket in Cavan town in July 2011.

Undertook assessment and provided expert witness evidence as part of High Court Proceedings for BWG Group Ltd. in February 2011 of planning status and planning irregularities at site at Rathculliheen, Ferrybank, Co. Kilkenny.

Planning consultant in advising client through successful planning process in achieving planning permission through An Bord Pleanála in May 2011 for new basement car park and wall.

Providing ongoing planning advice, objections and appeals for the Association against Tesco petrol filling stations across the State.

Planning consultant in making appeal against a Tesco supermarket in Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim and overturning the Leitrim County Council decision to grant that led to a refusal of the proposed development  by An Bord Pleanála in November 2011.

Provided planning and conservation advice to London School of English and development team for the extension and renovation of this protected structure at 26 Merrion Square for its continued use as an education establishment.  The successful planning application was granted full permission in September 2009 by An Bord Pleanála.

Provided planning strategy advice and co-ordinated applications for successful revision of original permission for this new bar and restaurant during 2011.

Undertook appeal to An Bord Pleanála in relation to proposed change of use of part of existing Spar to a restaurant / take-away in Tallaght in November 2011.

Marston Planning appointed in Auugust 2011 as planning consultant to co-ordinate planning application for new dwelling on Nerano Road, Dalkey.

Planning consultant on the EIS team that undertook the route option evaluation and baseline assessment between 2006 and 2009 of the proposed LUAS line B2 extension from Cherrywood to Bray for the Railway Procurement Agency.

Planning consultancy advice in gaining permission for the retention of new shopfront and off-licence for Polonez supermarket in September 2011.

Achieved planning permission for new house on Hainault Road, Foxrock by addressing issues raised in neighbours appeals in response to An Bord Pleanála that was granted permission in May 2011.
