Objections and appeals

Marston Planning has considerable experience in making appeals and responses to An Bord Pleanála for a broad range of project types. We provide professional advice to developers and other parties involved in the development process, and operate to tight deadlines in providing an efficient and successful service to our clients.

We have also successfully represented clients and community groups in making objections to Councils and appeals to An Bord Pleanála against developments. Our expertise enables us to advise and project manage the appeal process to meet all deadlines and to consistently provide high standards of representation to our clients.   Each submission to An Bord Pleanála is based on our expert knowledge and experience of the case, planning policy, planning legislation, and case law.
