Marston Planning has successfully represented  our clients on numerous occasions in relation to the zoning of their land holdings across Ireland.  Our focus is on appropriate zonings in appropriate locations, taking into account the change in national land use planning policy since the previous Plan, sustainability issues as well as other matters.

We are in a position to make submissions on Local Area Plans, and Development Plans (Variations, Material Contraventions, Draft Development Plan). Our invaluable experience ensures all relevant legislative, environmental, and design considerations are reflected in each submission.
