Welcome to Marston Planning Consultancy.  Established in 2006 we are an Independent Planning Consultancy.   We have the training, experience and specialist technical expertise to guide businesses through the intricacies of the planning system; we work closely with each client to achieve their planning objectives.  Our extensive client list ranges from developers to individuals as well as public and private sector bodies, whether a business or individual we are available to offer planning advice and expertise. 

We advise on all land use and planning matters, particularly with reference to the changing needs of the planning and development system in adapting to the post-boom Ireland. Our excellent working relationship with Council’s on a nationwide basis is allied with our in-depth understanding of the planning system that allows us to provide best practice solutions, excellent adviceand a high success rate for each client.
